Solutions can provide the following services to assist with any of the following items, and will prepare a tailored scope of work for either broad-ranging or limited areas within these sectors:

Research and analysis of the scope of childhood lead poisoning within defined sections/areas of the city or state. This analysis will provide recommendations for effective intervention strategies with a menu of considerations regarding feasibility within the context of the city's/state's capacity to implement them.

Programmatic and policy analysis with recommendations of models and practices for addressing existing deficiencies, when/if noted. This structural analysis is aimed at established lead hazard control programs, residing either within health or housing agencies.

Technical assistance to initiate, enhance or develop key programmatic infrastructures, such as contracting capacity, target area identification, intra-agency collaborations, community outreach mechanisms/processes, specification selection and associated cost controls, effective advocate roles, techniques to increase voluntary participation, methods to strengthen enforcement and improve rates of compliance (violations) by property owners.

Preparation of a Strategic Plan, consistent with the need and capacity of the stakeholders to implement effectively. Included in this sector is the critical link between policy/decision-making and the allocation of resources, which makes the Plan a reality both for the near and long term.
